Bookmarks as a toolbar

I am a new ArcGIS user, and do not seem to be able to get the bookmarks to appear anywhere but in the bookmark's drop down menu.

It sure would be nice to add those bookmarks to a toolbar type ribbon that could be docked and used with one click.
