Edit Login Page at ArcGIS Online

Our University is requiring that we post a login banner on all login pages with the University's use policies. Currently, the login page doesn't allow for additional information to be included on the ESRI Online login screen.

Just came across this, they implemented this in the December 2019 ArcGIS Online update!
