Topology enhancement: Errors should include size

When the topology error inspector reports errors it should include the size of the error for both line and area errors.
It is already displaying the line/polygon.

This would allow for better differentation of the type of error as well as its magnitude.

For example: Errors from a "Must Not Overlap" rule may return 1789 errors, 1769 are less than 1 square foot and and 20 are more substantial.  There is no simple way, short of visiting each error, to find those 20 substantial errors.
