Collector App: Request the ability to query for features

This is related to suggestions about querying in webmaps in these two requests:

I think it is an important enhancement to the Collector application to be able to search your features that you are collecting and then be able to route to them.  For instance, for an inspection application.  You want to look up a feature and then get to it to maybe update some attributes on it.
