Region settings for users

We have an organisation wide globla account with ESRI.  Under the current system you can only set the region for the global organisation and not individul users.  This means that a user in the UK with the org region set to world cannot access OS basemapping layers without changing the entrire organisation to be UK.  I'm assuming this has similar affects for users in other regions. Please change the region setting to be user specific asap!
