Support database connections to DB2 in Insights

Connectors within Insights for IBM DB2 Database would be very beneficial.

This can be done using ODBC or JDBC drivers.

DB2 is one of the top 5 databases. It would be very helpful to us to be able to create direct connections into our data.

Increasing the number of platforms Insights connects to will enable organizations to leverage greater amounts of their data to visualize and analyze spatially. This will enable Insights to enable the same workflows as other top BI tools.

UPDATE: ArcGIS Insights team is adding a "generic JDBC Connector" to its upcoming 2021.1 release. This will give our Insights users the ability to connect to many SQL compliant databases including DB2.
