Suggest creating attribute indexes when useful

In some situations it may be useful if ArcGIS automatically created attribute indexes in the background. Example cases where this could be useful:

When a user performs an an attribute query or find several times over.
Any time a definition query is used.
If an attribute is used for symbology (if this would help)
If an attribute is used for labeling (if this would help)
