i usually have to reparameter a widget in my dashboards because my users want the same widget in their own dashboard.
that would be usefull to copy/paste a widget from a dashboard to another dashboard.

Although not exactly what was asked in this request, ArcGIS Dashboards recently introduced workflows to create a copy of your dashboard and easily swap data sources. https://www.esri.com/about/newsroom/arcuser/seamlessly-swap-data-sources-in-arcgis-dashboards
Yeah definitely, I am constantly frustrated with how difficult it is in AGOL to reuse basically everything. Each time you create something new or start up a new project its a nightmare to rebuild maps, dashboards, apps to point at a new data source without loosing all of the configuration. In this particular use case we use a data model for all of our projects so the base layers are all the same its just a geographical area that changes and the service id basically. should be fast and easy to setup a few standard dashboards and apps from on job to the next but instead it's a matter of completely rebuilding everything again. Such a colossal waste of everyone's time.
