Provide capability to copy content within AGO

It would be very handy to have the capability to copy content within the AGO interface content pages. Tools like AGO-Assistant and Geojobes Admin Tools for ArcGIS are helpfull, but it would be more efficient if these capabilities were available right from the content page ie.

select content, click copy
options based on privileges:
- owner/folder to copy to
- rename item
- keep item details or not
owners of content should be able to copy their own content (shouldn't be an admin privilege... but it could be an assignable privilege)
content types to copy
- web maps
- web apps
- ...possibly others...
