Using the Ocean Basemap to find water depths for point locations

I have a shp file of point data of offshore locations. I am looking to extract the water depth at these points from the Ocean Basemap layer (https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=5ae9e138a17842688b0b79283a4353f6). Does anyone know whether this is possible? And if so, how is it done? Thanks.
