Drag and drop isn't working at all in ArcMap. What can I do to fix this issue? I can't add data or tools to model builder, or reorder layers, or drag data from catalog into a map.

You may have to reset your application profile but first... try to do a 'repair' from windows control panel's Add/Remove programs (chose remove, then you will be given the option to repair the installation
