Reset Selectors to defaults

In the Side Panel, provide an option to let the Dashboard user reset all of the Selectors to their default values.

As noted by @Kevin, new setting to allow dashboard reset was added as part of the November 2022 update of ArcGIS Online. All things remaining equal, it will be picked up by ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.

At the June 2021 update to Dashboards, you can now allow users to clear their selector inputs at run time. Not a "reset all", but should help with this use case.
