ArcGIS Web App suitability widget not loading layers?

Hi! I'm new to ArcGIS and have been developing a WebApp in part using the suitability widget. This was working great a few weeks ago but today when I logged back in, two of the layers I had made using that widget wouldn't load. When I tried opening the widget again I got this message:

Service WRO_World_Ecophysiographic_Data/ImageServer not found

Now none of the layers are loading in the widget. What could be the problem?
