Workforce for ArcGIS Enterprise - Startpage

When a user starts the app via the App Launcher of Portal for ArcGIS a webpage is loaded with tutorials, links to Esri ressources, etc. Is it possible to edit this page, especially deleting all links to external sites? It seems to be a dynamic site.

It is not possible to edit the landing page for the Workforce web app.
