Continuous growing symbols in Time Aware app

Hi, so i'm trying to make an app to visualize evolution of Coronavirus, so i found that Time Aware app is what i'm looking for, the app now is running but i want from data to keep growing by time not to flash everytime data change, this is my app

i want to make my app looks like Esri's example 'National Weather Service Precipitation Forecast for the USA'
