Add custom message if feature search fails

Hi, Im novice GIS Technicain working with webapp builder for ArcGIS Online.

I have a hosted feature layer of address for search and set up a district lookup wizard to locate the boundary the address fall in.However,If the user types an address not found in the address points feature layer the message displays-No results found.

I'm curious to know if there is way to add a custom message saying "contact or email this person/phone ".

Is there a widget that can do this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
