Setting up a Inbox Query

Question

Hello,

I would like to have an inbox query that looks at a field called "Quick_Pick" (this is a single select multiple choice question) and returns the survey to the inbox if the answer "Set_Return" is chosen.  Not knowing exactly how to go about this I have tried the following which has not worked.  Can anyone point me to how this should be written?

field name   =   choice name

${Quick_Pick} = 'Set_Return'.

I was able to figure it out by going to the service feature Rest and trying out several queries.
