We are in the process of setting up forms to auto populate but we've notice that if you change a value in a field that field doesn't repopulate to all the others like it did on the first input. Is there some type of formula we can use?

Are you asking about manually overriding a value that is normally calculated? If so, that behavior is by design - manually editing a calculated field breaks the link to the calculation so that the manually entered value isn't overwritten. The calculation can be re-engaged by pressing the 'refresh' button.
