Is it possible to get the question (label) and the answer of it in one line?
Nothing in the appearance solves the above.

No, this is not currently possible. Please raise an enhancement request or an ArcGIS Idea if you are interested in such an enhancement.

The only option at the moment that allows this layout is the table-list appearance for select-one questions. I have been waiting for this option also already a long time...
EDIT: I submitted an enhancement request under ENH-000130572.
