Survey123 Web Author Images

I am trying to publish a public survey with multiple note fields containing images through Web Designer. Initially The images were too large and I received the error when trying to publish. I fixed all of the images: all are now under 10KB in size. However, I still cannot publish the survey... Any advice or ideas on what I am doing wrong here?

• Designed survey in Survey123 Web Designer 
• 23 note fields with text and image (under 1000KB) 
• 2 select one questions.

Well, so far as I can figure it out myself...I had to re-design the survey from scratch and used the following workflow:

• Create the note
• Title it
• Add the re-sized image (under 900kb)
  • MAKE SURE THERE IS NO SPACE BETWEEN THE IMAGE AND THE TOP OF THE TEXT BOX
• Add the description above the image (again making sure there was no space between the text/top of text box/image
• Publish the survey 

Repeat 23 times.
