Android Explorer not loading all layers

Question

Explorer is not loading layers beyond the basemap while ios works fine. Any ideas?

I figured it out. I recreated the web map and it asked me to load the

layers separately. That worked.

Are you able to share your map with me so I can have a look?  If it's publicly available, you can just post the link here.  If not, you can follow the instructions in this blog to share it to a specific user (my user is "exptest").  If you do share with me, please send me an email to let me know to go look for it (hmccracken@esri.com)

What I'll look for initially - what errors are the layers returning (if any)? To see this, open the Layers tool. The layers that fail to render will some error message below them. I will follow up in any case
