Areal Interpolation (that I know about) is available with Geostatistical Analyst (extension) License of ArcGIS Desktop 10.1 and later.

Thank you Mr. Poddar, the methods I need are not available in Geostatistical Analyst extension. what I need exactly is some specific analysis in areal interpolation such as: Areal Weighting, Pycnophylactic, and Dasymetric.

Found this online Area Weighting Models

Hope it helps. It should have worked with ArcGIS Desktop 10.0/10.1, but not sure about its compatibility with later versions.
