How to edit an offline geodatabase?

I am trying to add a feature in offline .geodatabase created by ArcGIS Desktop in ArcGISRuntime SDK for .NET , But i am getting an exception saying "An internal geodatabase error.: Create is not supported on the table." How can i solve this problem ??
