I don't see a link to goto the download page. Where can I download . FYI I am logged in.
You should be able to download the latest version (3.2) of AppStudio Desktop from that link, AppStudio for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

You can download the latest version (3.2) of AppStudio Desktop and Player for Desktop (Windows and MacOS), from this link AppStudio for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
And you can download the lastest AppStudio Player for mobile phone from Apple AppStore, Google PlayStore and Amazon Store.

I don't believe there is a way to download the new version from AppStudio Desktop, but if you go to the AppStudio website you can go to the downloads link: AppStudio for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
