Filling out Surveys using a Panasonic ToughPad running Windows 8.1

I would like to use a Panasonic ToughPad, running Windows 8.1. I can create surveys using Survey123Connect, but can I collect data using one of these surveys? Survey123 for ArcGIS is not available for this device.

Go here: Survey123 for ArcGIS - the scroll right down to the bottom of the page and download the Survey123 App for Windows.

It works the same as the mobile apps - sign in, download your surveys and start collecting data!

I use Survey123 on Win7 not sure about 8. Download the Survey123 for Windows (NOT the Connect). Player vs Builder.
