Can users with "editor" role also enter data into Survey123 form?

Question

I have a person in my AGOL organization who has an editor role. I have also shared my Survey123 from with her and gave her permissions as a submitter as we often get paper datasheets from the field that need to be entered. However, when she tries to login to Survey123 on her PC, it won't let her sign-in. Is this because she is an editor and not a field collector role? Or do you think this is a separate issue?

Hi James,

Is your user attempting to access the form as a web form as using the Survey field (installed) application?  The field application requires a fieldworker user type; the web app requires an editor user type.  Please refer to System requirements—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation
