Using a Survey on a Tablet device

Question

I have created a Survey123 survey and now I want to use it on a Tablet device.

What do I have to install on the tablet device and how do I access the survey using the tablet?

Anyone know this.

Download a compatible app to your table from here:

http://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/download/

Once installed, open the app and sign in to your organisational AGO account and download the survey you want to use.
