Is it possible to create hyperlinks to specific map location in the left hand column of a Story Map Series?

Sorry for the delay in responding. There is a Story Maps place on GeoNet; please use that for Story Map-related questions next time.
What you are asking for is not currently supported in the standard Map Series app; however, we are considering adding main stage actions (like Map Journal has) to Map Series in a future release. That would enable you to create links to map locations.
