Survey123 Error - Cannot read property type of undefined

Question

Hello,

Recently my Survey123 form will not successfully submit surveys using the browser tool. Upon submission I get a "Cannot read property 'type' of undefined" error. The surveys work fine using the Survey123 app. Does anybody have any recommendations for how to fix this?

Can you tell me what page labels you're referring to? I am new to reports in Survey123 and am also getting this error.

Hi Richard,

I encounter the same problem recently. In my case, it was because of the page label is empty/undefined. My Survey consist of 4 pages and none of the page label is written. After i fill the page label, my survey works just fine. Therefore, i think this could be because one or more labels is empty.
