I'm trying to publish a form in Survey123, it is giving me a error saying unable to create folder. Can someone tell me what to look for or what to do?

It sounds like a previous attempt to publish did not completely succeed, leaving a folder in your ArcGIS organization content. Log into your ArcGIS organization and look for a folder entitled 'Survey-<NAME OF YOUR SURVEY>'. Delete that folder and attempt to publish again.
