Editing existing survey data

Hello,

I am trying to edit existing data inputted into a survey. However, I am seeing the popup message "Accessing data failed" when trying to the edit the data through the map viewer of ArcGIS Online.

I am unable to edit the records in the Data tab of the hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online (N.B. all settings have been configured to allow editing of data).

I am also unable to edit the records through the the Open in Map Viewer tab on the Survey123 website. As soon as I make an edit to the records, the changes disappear and are not able to be saved.

Any assistance would be much appreciated

I am editing the feature service.

Hi Jevaughn,

Just to check, are you editing the feature service or the _stakeholder view (which is created when a survey is shared for viewing)?  The latter has editing disabled by default to provide a read only access point to the data.
