Based on the FAQ for Insights (here), pages can be embedded into other ArcGIS Online apps such as Story Maps. Is there a way to embed them into an ArcGIS Online Web App, without having to create a custom widget?
Although you can share an Insights for ArcGIS page using the "Share Page/Embed" option, you will need to create a custom widget in Web AppBuilder to display the iframe tag.
