I deleted the sent surveys off of my device but I need them back to edit them. (I can't edit it on ArcOnline because of a fields problem)
I would propose you enable the Inbox for that survey; republish it; refresh it on your device; download the survey record through the Inbox from where you should be able to edit it
Ahhh, okay! I think I understand how to do that. The only problem I didn't actually make the survey so it is not on survey 123 connect. I'm not sure if there is a way to get the survey onto my computer if it was created and shared by another user in my organization (who is on holidays so I can't ask her!). Would you happen to know if that is possible? No worries if not!Thank you for your response by the way, much appreciated!
