Survey123 Additional Languages not Displaying

Hello,

I am currently having an issue with many of my survey123 surveys only displaying English.

When creating surveys in Survey123 Connect, I am able to add alternate languages, and everything previews correctly.  After publishing the surveys, however, there will be an option to display the alternate language, however a blank survey results.  This behavior has been confirmed in multiple surveys and occurs when publishing a survey in Survey123 and then viewing the resulting survey on a desktop computer.

Hi James,

I've placed a copy of the .xls here: PMTCT_Survey123.xlsx - Google Drive

The odd thing is, everything previews fine in Survey123 Connect, however when viewing it on a browser all of the questions are blank.  Thank you for your help with this as it is most appreciated!

Hi Jessica,

Could you share your survey xls file?  As described in Multiple language support—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS , per-language columns for all display information (label, hint, media) should be created in the form.
