How to export json from webmap

Question

Why can't I find the obvious export to JSON button on arcgis online map builder web portal?

Never mind, I know from some other thread that this is possible by going to

http://www.arcgis.com/sharing/content/items/MyWebmapID?f=pjson

But when I fire this request it returns error

What am I missing?

This was when I was already logged on to my account.

This question should be moved to an appropriate place.  I is currently in geodatabase, but given your description, you would be best to figure out what software etc you are using GeoNet Community Structure
