Edin, Widget positioning has more to do with the whole Flex Viewer than this particular widget. All you need to do is reffer to the Flex Viewer documentation here:http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-viewer/concepts/01m3/01m30000001w000000.htm
Slade, When you go to the REST Services directory for this Map Service layer is the coded domain listed?
Bradford, No there is nothing special you should have to do. What version of ArcGIS Server are you using and what is the data source (FGDB, SDE)?
Slade, Do you mean 9.3.1? What service pack? I remember there being an issue with 9.3.1 and domains on ArcGIS Server (doesn't pay to not stay current).
Matt, No there is no option for the userlist to come from a field. The userlist is only for manual entry of values. The values can come from a coded value domain in the Geodatabase though. But as you said if the values are changing regularly than that might not be an option either.
THANKS! I will look into the coded values option and see if it might work.. Again, thank you for all the work you have done.-matt

Simon, Number two really concerns me... What are the steps you are taking to add the eSearch widget to your AppBuilder?Number one, are you looking for the attachments in the popup window? because that is where they will be.
Simon, So I just tested on a new machine that has never had App Builder and did the app builder install and then followed the steps you used (which are exactly what you should be doing) and the only message I get is this: "Custom Widget Imported Successfully" and it shows the binoculars and Enhanced SearchWidget. An Idea on the Attachments issue can you include OBJECTID in your fields list and test again?
