Crowdsource Reporter - Description field going to template survey on hitting the Enter key

Hello!

Can anyone tell me why I am running into a problem with the description field, in particular what happens when you hit the enter key after typing something. It takes you to the default template survey(index.html), and I have no idea why? (Attached photo for reference)

How do i eliminate this from happening?
