I am trying to have Survey 1,2,3 send me an email or some sort of notification every time a survey is sent. Any help is much appreciated!
You should be able to have an email sent each time a new record is created.

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server | Real-Time Mapping and Analytics
This looks like just what I need, but now i'm going to be a real pain and add a wrinkle. I don't have server installed yet, maybe in a year or so, is there a way to do this with just the Survey 1,2,3 Application that is linked to Arcgis Online?
I do not think there is a way.
