Are there any instructions on how to deploy to Apple App Store and/or Google Play?

For both stores the steps in brief are:

1. Create a developer account (incurs an annual subscription fee).
2. Create a keystore file (for Android) or a certificate (iOS) which you add to your app in Settings > Advanced Settings. Then build your installation file with the AppStudio Make tool.
3. On the relevant store website, create a new listing and upload your installation files.

Each store requires you to supply screenshots of your app and a description. The Google Play Store tends to accept your app in approximately 2 hours, and the App Store in approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
