Using this matrix,
About release versions—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers
I'm in need of the 2.6 version, I have used the 2.9 version but when I upload the widget to my Portal some functions do not work, I think that is due to using the wrong version, so I looked for the 2.6 version that is not available on ESRI website, they keep only the latest version which is now the 2.10 version.
so what to do ?
