My arcgis server log persistently logs error occurred in mapserver with invocation on the method GeoDataServerUtil. Is there any means to fix this? Find attached screenshot of error

I would set the logs to Verbose or Debug and see what kind of request is causing the problem. You may even get more information about what the problem is.
