Dispatcher Map - Map ID

Question

Hi,

I've setup a new workforce project. I have customisied the Dispatcher map to add in a few new layers.

When I open the Workforce web app - Projects -  Configure and select the dispatcher map the map displays all required layers, however when I open the project in the web app some of the layers are missing from the dispatchers map.

I have noticed the Map ID in the Configure overview map (https://workforce.arcgis.com/projects/cf74c6de28544651aa30cf99b61c9c9a/configure/overview) is different from the Map ID when the web map is opened in AGOL (http://longfordcoco.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=a75ae03ca4044ea09c953b16ad9b7155 ).

Any advice appreciated.

Thank you for your reply.

I removed the layers and added each feature layer again rather than adding the map service and it's working. The Worker map was fine but the Dispatchers map was giving me the bother.

Hi Craig,

I added 3 web service layers. One has point data and the other two polygon data.

I added the same layers to the Workers map and that is working fine.

Workers and Assignments are the top two layers in terms of order.
