Las to raster conversion, tool is processing but nothing happens...

I have 19 GB LAS-tiles that I want to convert to 1 DTM and 1 DSM using the LAS to Raster Conversion tool. The tool is running but dit not process anything (aborted at 0% processed after 20 hours without any error Messages). All environment variables is set. Any tip?

Thanks Dan, I will consider the Tile-Las tool.

When I use a Linear Void fill Method (Binning) and integer output the Processing worked well (quite fast, app 3 minutes With a 0.5 cell-size). After some googling I realised that the Natural_Neighbour Void fill Method is consuming a lot of Resources when Processing big amounts of data.

probably gave up given the size... have you considered...

but not in modelbuilder, try a test manually to see where the break point is first.
