New published form

Question

An issue started with me yesterday evening. if you published a new form and tried to check the data it will give you an error "An error occurred while loading the page. Some features may not work", but you can export data to excel and you can access your data through ArcGIS pro and map viewer.

Hi Brandon,

It works well on google chrome.  Why it is not working on internet explorer. Old forms are working well except the new published forms.
