Using ArcMap 10.3.1 I have converted a map to KML through the tool box. The KML file was created successfully. After opening it in Google Earth Pro and viewing the Layers under the Temporary Places, the main layers are labeled correctly. However some of the descriptions of the objects within the layers are not labeled the same based on the order they appear in my Attribute Table.
