White raster in raster catalog?

Question

Hello,

I have a raster catalog in production site where some rasters are displayed as white rectangles.

I have a raster catalog in test without this problem.

I assumed copying the catalog from test to prod will solve the problem.

Nope.

When I copy the catalog from test to prod, the problem retains.

Why?

How the raster catalog created. Can you provide your workflow to create raster catalog. Is it a new raster catalog or existing one. Is this issue happening from the creation of raster catalog or raster was displaying before. Have you applied any patches or upgrade to geodatabse or Arcgis desktop.

Is zoom in or zoom out help to preview raster.You may check the overviews.
