Feature Report Time out Error for ArcGIS Enterprise

I am getting ETIMEOUT error whenever i use portalURL appended to the survey123 url. do i need to do anything for this. i am using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1

Hi Vijay,

Is your portal a public-facing portal, which means it can be accessed via Internet? The feature report will not work on intranet portals: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/analyze-results/featurereporttemplates.htm#GUID-B3BAF0AF-7AB9-4124-917F-2C56FE7A551D

Actually I installed the beta version of the On Premise website and configured as per documentation . when i try to create sample template or upload the template. I am getting http errors.
