I'm experimenting with creating MMPKs (via ArcGIS Pro 2.1) that can be used offline by some field personnel who will be out of mobile data range. We are looking for a non-organizational account solution for offline maps.
I'm testing with the Android app version 10.2.10 build 1335.
Using the Android app, I don't seem to be able to find the test mmpk I've created. I've made it publicly available at: http://bss.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=38ee1e3d2bc0435bbeaf397f845b214d
When I do a generic search for all MMPKs via Explorer, I do find some, just not mine.
