Hi, I am trying to connect survey123 to my gis portal (enterprise 10.6) but I get this error in apple iOS devices. When you do the same in Android tablets it connects correctly

Error code -9842 is Client Certificate requested. Could you check your web adaptor's setting in IIS configuration (SSL Settings > Client certificates) - is this set to "Accept"? If so, can this be changed to "Ignore"?
