ArcGIS Earth 1.8 Windows 64-bit installation files?

Hi. A client have upgraded to 1.9 and state a bug is introduced which was not present in 1.8. To verify I would really like to have the 1.8 installation files. But they are not easy to track down, can someone point me in the right direction? best Pål Herman

Hi Pål,

I saw your case which was submitted to the support team. It is now being successfully triaged and investigated.

We normally do not directly share install files. For now, the best option is to escalate the issue to technical support, just as you did. In the future, we might consider the channel to download previous builds through MyEsri.
